Anything about this notice goes to harish@kenstone-credit.in.
2. What we hold
- Contact details: name, phone, email, city.
- Identity details: PAN, date of birth, address and where relevant employment, because no bureau will release or amend a report without them.
- Credit information: your report and score, account histories, the disputes raised and how they were decided.
- Documents you send: statements, closure letters, no-objection certificates, police complaints and correspondence with lenders.
- Business information: for commercial work, entity particulars, GSTIN, financials and banking records you choose to share.
- Payment records: invoices, receipts and the references our payment gateway returns. Full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs and banking passwords never reach us.
- Site data: basic technical information such as IP address and pages viewed, used only to keep the site running.
3. Why we hold it
To assess your report, prepare the written assessment and scope, raise and pursue disputes with bureaus and lenders, communicate with you about your file, invoice and take payment, and keep the records the law requires. Nothing is used for a purpose you have not been told about, and nothing is used to sell you a financial product.
4. Consent
Your credit information is accessed only with your consent, given for the specific engagement. You can withdraw it in writing at any time. We will stop processing that information when you do, which will normally end the engagement.
5. Who else sees it
- The credit bureau holding the record, being TransUnion CIBIL, Experian, Equifax or CRIF High Mark, to the extent a pull or a dispute requires.
- Your lender, where the correction has to happen in its own records.
- Our payment gateway and bank, to take payment and make refunds.
- Advisers, courts, regulators or authorities, where we are obliged to disclose.
We do not sell information, and we do not pass your details to lenders, brokers, insurers or marketers.
6. How long we keep it
Engagement records are kept while the work runs and afterwards for as long as legal, tax and audit obligations require, ordinarily eight years from the close of the financial year in which the file closed. Enquiries that never became engagements are deleted within twelve months.
7. How it is protected
Files are held in access-controlled systems and opened only by the consultant on the case and by supervisory staff, all of whom are under confidentiality obligations. The site is served over HTTPS. No arrangement is perfect, and if a breach affects your information we will tell you promptly.
8. What you can ask for
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or tell us to stop sending you anything promotional. Write to harish@kenstone-credit.in and you will have an answer within 30 days. We may check your identity first, so that we do not hand your file to someone else.
9. Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to function. There is no advertising network on it and no cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
