1. Nothing is shipped

Kenstone Credit sells professional work, not goods. There is no parcel, no courier and no delivery charge. Everything we produce reaches you electronically, at the email address and phone number on your file, or is talked through on a call.

2. When things start

• An enquiry is answered within one working day.
• Once your report and the documents we ask for are with us, the written assessment and scope of work follow within 3 to 5 working days.
• Once the agreed fee is received, work starts within 2 working days and the first dispute is filed within 5 working days, assuming nothing is still missing.

3. How long the work runs

A dispute registered with a bureau is ordinarily decided within 30 days, provided the lender answers it. Where the correction has to be made in the lender's own records, or the first answer is a rejection that has to be pushed back on, 45 to 90 days is common. Your scope of work carries dates for your entries rather than for the average case. We do not control the timelines of any bureau or lender.

4. What you receive

• The written assessment of your report
• The scope of work, with the outcome expected on each entry
• A named consultant and their direct contact details
• An update as each dispute moves, and at least one every fortnight while the file is open
• A fresh report pulled at closure, showing what changed
• A closing note recording what was corrected, what was not, and why

5. By what route

Assessments and updates go by email to the address on your file, with a copy on WhatsApp where you have asked for one. Calls come to the registered number during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST. Clients in Bengaluru are welcome to sit with a consultant at the registered office by prior appointment.

6. If we run late

If a date we gave you is going to be missed, you will hear it from us before the date passes, with the reason and a new date. Where the delay is ours and the work has not begun, you may cancel and take a full refund under refunds and cancellation.
